I would like to share my experience with Sangita's past life meditation session. I was curious on if this was similar to what I read on the subject. I listened to the first 10 minutes when Sangita gently guides you into the meditation for that day. Afterwards she began the session specifically taking me through specifics of this journey. She lead me to envision a past life, imagine what you were wearing on your feet and the surroundings to help identify a specific era. At first I felt resistance. I was overthinking and not allowing. After listening and delving deeper. I found myself in a different place and space in time.
